Durban Poison Feminised is a feminized cannabis seed from Dutch Passion, one of the most famous pure African sativas originating from South Africa, from the Durban region. The strain was collected and selected back in the 1970s, after which Dutch Passion stabilized the genetics, preserving its original sativa character: tall growth, long flowering zones, and a recognizable aroma of spices and sweet herbs.

Durban Poison forms powerful plants with an elongated architecture and active lateral branching. The buds have a typical sativa shape—long but dense, saturated with large trichomes, which form a characteristic “icy” coating when ripe. When fully mature, the buds take on a slightly pointed structure and become particularly aromatic, combining sweetness, spice, and a slight herbal tartness.

The taste of Durban Poison is pronounced, rich, and natural. The aroma is dominated by notes of licorice, spicy aniseed sweetness, herbal spices, green tea, lemon freshness, and a slight strawberry tartness. This profile cannot be confused with hybrid dessert varieties: it is warm, spicy, slightly honeyed, natural, and “lively.” It is a pure sativa character that feels natural and rich, without any artificial notes.
